Now, the exact title of this game is as I’m looking at it, “Size Fetish One x Shota Battle 2 – Mutant Vs Agent”. For the sake of simplicity however, I’m just referring to it as Agent Vs. Mutant 2. I would imagine that the title has something to do with the size of the enemies as compared to the main character, who is by the way, a cross dressing lady boy.

This is a game made by developer 78, who previously made this game: C Class Agent Vs. Mutant, also featuring an effeminate male protagonist, and a larger female enemy. This is a beat em’ up game in a similar style, with a very simple fighting system that leaves a lot to the imagination. The same can’t be said for the characters appearing in the game. The sheer variety of enemies and animations in the demo alone is very impressive. The designs and animation are also fairly well done. Now, all I need is for this developer to make a game in the same nature, except featuring ONLY women. That would be the greatest.
